摘要:
从犊牛腐烂的牛蹄上分离病原菌,通过菌株培养、BD phoenixTM 100生化鉴定、致病性试验、遗传进化树分析等方法,对该菌进行鉴定.结果表明,所分离菌株16S rRNA基因序列与GenBank已经上传的黄腐短杆菌同源性达99%,并最终确定该病原菌为黄腐短杆菌(Brevibacterium luteolum),编号为LG-01.药敏试验结果显示,该病原菌对对氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星等9种抗生素敏感,对卡那霉素、丁胺卡那、红霉素产生了耐药性.
Abstract:
A pathogenic bacterium from the calf rotten hoof, named strain LG-01, was isolated and identified through bacterial culture, BD phoenixTM 100 biochemical identification, pathogenicity test, and genetic evolution tree analysis. The results showed that the 16S rRNA sequence of strain LG-01 shared 99% homology with Brevibacterium luteolum according to GenBank. Drug susceptibility results showed that the pathogen was sensitive to 9 antibiotics including florfenicol, gentamicin and ofloxacin, while it was resistant to kanamycin, amikacin and erythromycin.
