摘要:
为探究福建柏萜类挥发物成分组成及其在不同器官间的差异,采用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,对福建柏鳞叶、树皮、根进行分析鉴定,结果表明:共检测出45种萜类挥发物,分成五大类,包括10种单萜烯、10种单萜类衍生物、17种倍半萜、6种倍半萜类衍生物、2种二萜类衍生物; 其中α-蒎烯、γ-杜松烯、δ-杜松烯、长叶烯、顺式菖蒲烯和柠檬烯是福建柏萜类挥发物中的主要物质,在福建柏树皮中萜类挥发物的总量多、种类丰富.器官间差异萜类挥发物的分析结果显示,柠檬烯、β-蒎烯、长叶烯、α-蒎烯和双环水芹烯这5种物质在福建柏不同器官间的差异较大且含量较高,对进一步分析福建柏萜类物质的合成与转运机制具有重要意义.
Abstract:
To clarify the composition of terpenoid volatiles in Fokienia hodginsii and their accumulations in different organs, leaves, barks and roots of F.hodginsii were tested and identified by gaschromatography-mass spectrometry. A total of 45 terpenoid volatiles were detected. They can be divided into 5 categories, including 10 monoterpenes, 10 monoterpene derivatives, 17 sesquiterpenes, 6 sesquiterpene derivatives and 2 diterpenoid derivatives. Among them, α-pinene, γ-terpinene, δ-terpinene, longifolene, cis-calarene and limonene were the dominant forms of terpenoids in F.hodginsii, and bark was richest in the types of terpenoids. Moreover, variations in limonene, β-pinene, longifolene, α-pinene and bicyclic caryophyllene contents were most significant among all the 3 organs based on PL-DA model, and they occupied 40.07% of all the terpenoids detected. The study is attributed to the synthesis of terpenoid volatiles and the transport mechanism in F.hodginsii.
