摘要:
选取288只1日龄体重为(38.48±0.07)g的AA+白羽肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只.CK饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、300 mg·kg-1大豆溶血磷脂(SLPL),试验期21 d,研究SLPL对1~21日龄肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、脂类代谢的影响.结果表明:(1)Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡的平均日增重均显著高于CK(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的料重比显著高于CK(P<0.05);(2)Ⅰ组肉鸡血清的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度和Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的载脂蛋白B(ApoB)含量较CK均显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度和Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的甘油三酯浓度较CK均显著下降(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的游离脂肪酸浓度较CK显著提高(P<0.05);(3)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡十二指肠二酰基甘油酰基转移酶2(DGAT2)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、ApoB基因的表达水平和Ⅱ、Ⅲ组十二指肠乙酰辅酶A乙酰转移酶2(ACAT2)基因的表达水平较CK显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组空肠ApoA、ACAT2基因的表达水平较CK均显著提高(P<0.05);(4)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡肝脏的乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)基因的表达水平较CK均显著下降(P<0.05),而肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶1(CPT-1)基因的表达水平较CK显著提高(P<0.05).结论:在日粮中添加SLPL能提高1~21日龄肉鸡的生长性能,降低血脂水平,改善血清生化指标,促进脂肪代谢.
Abstract:
To investigate the efficacy of lysophospholipid(SLPL)on improving the growth performance and quality of broilers, 288 1 d-old AA+ broilers with weight being(38.48±0.07)g were randomized into 4 groups by single factor experiment, with 6 replicates per group and 12 broilers per replicate. Treatment groupsⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 100, 200 and 300 mg·kg-1 soybean SLPL, respectively, and the control group were fed with basal diet only. The test lasted for 21 d. The results showed that at the age of 21 d, the average daily weight gain of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05). Feed and average weight gain ratio of group Ⅲ was significantly higher compared with the control(P<0.05).(2)At the age of 21 d, high density lipoprotein cholesterol level of the serumfrom group Ⅰ, and apolipoprotein B(ApoB)levels of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly elevated(P<0.05). Low-density lipoprotein content of group Ⅱ and triglyceride contents in all 3 treatment groups were significantly reduced than those in the control(P<0.05). The contents of non-esterified fatty acids in all 3 treatment groups were significantly higher than that ofthe control(P<0.05).(3)At the age of 21 d, the gene expressions levels of diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2(DGAT2), apolipoprotein A(ApoA)and ApoB in all 3 treatment groups and the expression level of the acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase 2(ACAT2)gene in the duodenums of groups Ⅱand Ⅲ were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05), mean while the expression levels of ApoA and ACAT2 in the jejunum of all 3 treatment groups were remarkably higher compared with the control(P<0.05).(4)The expression levels of the acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACC)and fatty acid synthetase(FAS)genes in the livers of all 3 treatment groups were significantly down-regulated(P<0.05). On the contrary, the expressions of the carnitine palmitoyltransferaseⅠ(CPT-1)gene were significantly higher in the of livers all 3 treatment groups than those in the control(P<0.05). It can be concluded that the addition of SLPL to the diet can enhance the growth performance of broilers aged from 1 to 21 d, reduce blood lipids levels, improve serum biochemical indicators, and promote lipid metabolism.
