摘要:
运用乳液聚合法对松木精油和薰衣草精油进行微囊化处理,经表面饰面处理将其应用于胶合板中,探讨精油微胶囊对饰面胶合板气味释放特性的作用.结果表明:未处理饰面胶合板释放的VOCs主要为烷烃类和酯类化合物,其气味表现为花香味、麝香味与刺激性气味; 采用精油微胶囊处理后,板材中酯类化合物的含量降低,其中,松木精油微胶囊处理饰面胶合板中,醇类和有机酸类化合物含量大大提高,3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇和丁酸为主要气味化合物,主要气味表现为花香味和乙醚味.薰衣草精油微胶囊处理饰面板的VOCs中,酮类化合物和萜烯类显著增加,其含量分别提高24.03%和17.43%,释放化合物的气味表现为麝香味、樟脑味和花香味.表明松木精油微胶囊处理可促使板材中花香、乙醚气味释放,薰衣草精油微胶囊处理促使板材中的樟脑、花香气味释放.
Abstract:
Emulsion polymerization method was used to microencapsulatepine essential oil and lavender essential oil, then the microencapsulated compounds were incorporated intoplywood using surface finish treatment. GC-MS analysis showed that the volatile organic compounds released from untreated veneer plywood mainly consisted of alkanes and esters, and the odors were floral, musky and irritating. After treated with essential oil microcapsules, the relative percentages of ester compounds in the board decreased. Among them, in the veneer plywood treated with pine essential oil microcapsules, alcohols and organic acid compounds increased significantly, with 3,7-dimethyl-1, 6-octadien-3-ol and butyric acid being the main odor compounds, smelling floral and ether. Among the veneer plywood treated with lavender essential oil microcapsules, ketones and terpenes increased significantly, with their relative mass percentages increasing by 24.03% and 17.43%, respectively. The odor compounds were musk, camphor and floral. Compared with the untreated wood, pine essential oil microcapsule treatment can enhance the release of floral and ether odors from plywood, and lavender essential oil microcapsule treatment enhances the camphor and floral scent in the plywood. Therefore, surface treatment with microencapsulated essential oil improves the odor-release property of veneer plywood.
