摘要:
对陕西省凤县紫柏山自然保护区海拔1 300~1 900 m地段的植物群落进行调查,分析该区物种组成和种子植物区系成分,同时采用Margalef丰富度指数、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数探明物种多样性垂直分布格局和影响因子.结果表明:(1)共调查到植物156种,分属57科129属.其中,种子植物152种,属于55科125属,可划分12个分布区类型5个变型.随着海拔上升,木本植物种数呈双峰变化趋势,草本植物种数呈上升趋势,且植物分布区类型变得更复杂.(2)随着海拔上升,木本植物的Margalef指数和Shannon-Wiener指数呈双峰变化趋势,草本层呈单峰变化趋势; 但Simpson指数和Pielou指数呈小幅度波动.通过分析可知,干扰程度和海拔对不同垂直结构的植物多样性影响最大,冠幅次之,树高的影响最小.其中,海拔与乔木、草本多样性呈正相关; 干扰程度与乔木多样性呈负相关,而与灌木多样性呈正相关; 乔木的树高、冠幅与林下植物多样性呈正相关.开放科学(资源服务)
Abstract:
Plant community of the section located between 1 300 and 1 900 m above sea level in Zibai Mountain Nature Reserve, Feng County, Shaanxi Province was investigated. Species composition and floristic composition of seed plants were analyzed, and Margalef richness index, Simpson index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index were calculated to explore the vertical distribution pattern of species and its influencing factors. A total of 156 species were identified, belonging to 57 families and 129 genera. Among them, there were 152 seed plants, belonging to 55 families and 125 genera, which can be further divided into 12 distribution types and 5 variants. As the altitude rose, the total number of woody plant species varied with double peak, while herbaceous plants showed an uprising trend, with a more complex plant distribution pattern. The vertical distribution patterns of Margalef index and Shannon-wiener index of woody plants showed a double-peak trend, while that of the herb layer was single-peaked. Whereas Simpson index and Pielou index fluctuated slightly within the survey range. Disturbance and altitude had the greatest influence on the diversity of different vertical structures, followed by canopy width and tree height. Altitude was positively correlated with the diversity of arbor and herb species. The disturbance was negatively correlated with arbor diversity but positively correlated with shrub diversity. In addition, tree height and canopy width were positively correlated with the diversity of undergrowth plant species.
