摘要:
对2个采自中国西南的红菇属中国新记录种进行了形态学描述和绘图,并基于ITS序列构建了系统发育树.综合形态特征和系统发育分析结果,将这两个种鉴定为近喜马拉雅山红菇(Russula indohimalayana)和拟克姆霍孜红菇(R.pseudokrombholzii).近喜马拉雅山红菇主要特征:菌盖黄绿色,边缘具有条纹,菌褶直生或略弯生,无小菌褶,担孢子宽椭圆形.拟克姆霍孜红菇的主要特征:菌盖红色至紫红色,边缘有明显的条纹,菌褶弯生或略离生,有小菌褶,菌柄白色至灰白色,担孢子宽椭圆形,表面有较高的疣突.开放科学(资源服务)
Abstract:
The morphologies of two new records of the genus Russula from southwestern China were described with photos and line drawings. Meanwhile, the phylogenetic tree based on ITS sequences was constructed. According to the morphology and phylogenetic analysis, the two species were identified as R.indohimalayana and R.pseudokrombholzii. R.indohimalayana is characterized by yellowish green pileus with striation at margin, lamellae adnate to slightly adnexed, without lamellulae, and broadly ellipsoid basidiospores. R.pseudokrombholzii is recognized by red to mauve pileus with obvious striation at margin, lamellae adnexed or slightly free, with lamellulae, white to greyish white stipe, and broadly ellipsoid basidiospores with relatively high warts.
